Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-16

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you provide when you submit a contact form or book a consultation: name, email address, company (optional), service of interest, and the message content. For calendar bookings, Calendly collects the information you provide to that service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether and how we can serve you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use your information for marketing to third parties.

3. Cookies and Tracking

The Site does not set marketing cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track users across sites. Calendly may set cookies for its booking functionality when you interact with the Calendly embed.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, and Calendly for consultation booking. These services have their own privacy practices, summarized in their respective privacy policies. We use Google Fonts via a self-hosted subset, which does not transmit personal information to Google.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of active engagement evaluation (typically 12 months), after which they are deleted unless a business relationship is established. Calendar booking data is retained per Calendly's retention policy.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Residents of the EU (under GDPR) and California (under CCPA) have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information held by us. To exercise these rights, contact info@luminaconsultllc.com.

7. Security

We apply the same security standards we sell to clients — encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), strict security headers, minimal data collection, and responsible disclosure channels. Security research should be directed to security@luminaconsultllc.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
