The Challenge
LUMERIA needed production-grade compliance posture across three distinct frameworks — SOC 2 Type 2, FedRAMP Low (LiSaaS), and ISO 27001 — inside one budget cycle. Traditional sequential engagements would have taken 18-24 months and produced three parallel documentation sets that would immediately drift out of alignment.
