Founder Background
Our principal brings decades of cross-sector operational experience spanning defense engineering, law enforcement training, AI/technology product development, and US-Japan business establishment. Direct involvement with federal acquisition, POST-eligible law enforcement instruction, ITAR-controlled equipment development, and cross-border corporate formation informs every engagement.
Affiliated entities include Caps Armory LLC (FFL-licensed manufacturing), LEOTAC USA (law enforcement tactical programs), AETCO Industries (defense equipment development), and Lumina28 Design (product and brand). Lumina Consulting operates as the strategic and technical consulting arm of this broader operating empire.
